Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces u klientů se syndromem diabetické nohy, kteří podstupují chirurgickou léčbu tohoto syndromu. Práce popisuje problematiku syndromu diabetické nohy a zároveň je zde popsán ošetřovatelský proces, který je zaměřen na elementární potřeby klientů, kteří podstupují chirurgický zákrok v souvislosti s tímto onemocněním. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on nursing process in clients with diabetic foot syndrome, that undergo surgery treatment. The thesis describes diabetic foot syndrome problems and nursing process, that is aimed on client´s elemental needs. Research part is aimed on administration of nursing care.
