Abstract:
Teoretická část diplomové práci je věnována převážně mikrobiálnímu znečištění vod a možnostem, jak toto znečištění eliminovat. Důraz je kladen na využití fotokatalýzy, a to zejména při odstraňování bakterií Pseudomonas fluorescens a Bacillus subtilis. In the theoretical part of the thesis was mentioned the aqueous environment and its contamination, which is caused by the presence of bacteria. Subsequent description of bacteria in which the method of photocatalysis was applied, the principle of which is the main part of the thesis.
