Abstract:
Cílem práce zaměřené na jednorozměrnou a dvojrozměrnou analýzu kategoriáloních dat , je popsání a srovnání asymptotických a exaktních testů dobré shody. První část je zaměřená na ověřování základních typů rozdělení, druhá pak na testy nezávislosti v kontingenčních tabulkách. Všechny popsané testy jsou aplikované na simulovaných i praktických datech.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis, which is focused on one-dimensional and two-dimensional categorical data analysis is to describe and compare asymptotic and exact tests for goodness of fit. The first part is focused on the verification of the basic types of distribution, the second part on the tests of independence in contingency tables. All the described tests are applied on simulated as well as actual.
