Electronic Means of Evidence
Abstract:
Práce na téma elektronické důkazní prostředky je zaměřena především na možnosti získávání důkazů z mobilních zařízení pomocí forenzní analýzy. Čtenář je nejprve uveden do problematiky dokazování a klasifikace důkazů, a to především důkazů elektronických. Následuje seznámení s forenzní analýzou a představení jejich metod.
Abstract:
This thesis about Electronic Means of Evidence is mainly focused on the possibility of obtaining evidence from mobile devices. Primarily through forensic analysis. The reader is first given to the problems of evidence and classification of evidence, primarily electronic evidence. The following introduction to forensic analysis and presentation of their methods.
