Modelling of environment by hierarchical structures fuzzy inference systems

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelováním životního prostředí pomocí hierarchických struktur fuzzy inferenčních systémů. Řešený případ se týká kvality a ochrany ovzduší ve vybraných lokalitách Pardubicka. V první části práce byl charakterizován problém znečišťování ovzduší a navrženy parametry vhodné pro modelování kvality ovzduší. V další části práce byla definována použitá metoda modelování, kterou je teorie fuzzy inferenčních systémů. Dále byly navrženy tři typy hierarchických struktur fuzzy inferenčních systémů, a to struktura kaskádní, stromová a hybridní. Další část práce je věnována návrhu modelu a předzpracování údajů. Pomocí navržených modelů jsou data klasifikována do pěti tříd. V závěru se nachází uživatelská příručka používaného programového prostředí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with modelling of environment by hierarchical structures fuzzy inference systems. Solving instance is concerned in atmosphere{\crq}s quality and protection in the selected parts of the region Pardubicko. The problem of air pollution and modelling parameters were described in the first part of the thesis. In the next section was characterized theory of fuzzy inference systems. Three types of hierarchical structures fuzzy inference systems namely cascade, tree and hybrid structure were designed in the next part of the thesis. Other section proposes models in the MATLAB/Simulink and describes preprocessing of data. This models help classify data in five classes. In the end is situated MATLAB/Simulink user{\crq}s manual.
