The Preliminary Questions in Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá předběžnými otázkami v trestním právu. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první se zabývá vnitrostátní úpravou v oblasti trestního práva a ostatních řádů a ve druhé otázkou předkládanou Soudnímu dvoru.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with preliminary questions in criminal proceedings. It is divided in two parts the first one is focused on national law the other one on European law.
