Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a následný návrh mzdového systému. V první části jsou zahrnuty struktury a formy mezd, odměňování, hodnocení práce, motivace a také zaměstnanecké benefity. Abstract:
The aim of this dissertation is to analyze employees remuneration and ensuing proposal wage system in selected company. In first part there are stuctures and forms of wage, remuneration, assessment of work, motivation and employee benefits.
