Abstract:
V Praze se nachází velké množství kaváren, ve kterých pracuje mnoho zaměstnanců, kterým je v této bakalářské práci věnována pozornost. Na základě analýzy opírající se o dotazníkové šetření budou respondenty zodpovězeny otázky týkající se pracovní spokojenosti, komunikace se zákazníky, odměn a stresu v práci. There are many cafes in Prague with a lot of employees to whom is paid attention in this bachelor's thesis. Based on the analysis the questionnaire survey, respondents will answer questions about job satisfaction, communication with customers, rewards and stress at work.
