Analysis of Services Marketing in Company KD TRANSPORT Limited

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo provést analýzu marketingových služeb v oblasti dopravy ve firmě KD TRANSPORT, mezinárodní zasilatelství, spol. s r. o. a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení v oblasti marketingových služeb ve zkoumané firmě. Tuto bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila do dvou částí, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány literární prameny na téma marketing služeb v oblasti dopravy, dále kvalita poskytovaných služeb a také jsem se zaměřila obecně na proces marketingového výzkumu. V praktické části je zpracována analýza marketingových služeb ve společnosti KD TRANSPORT, mezinárodní zasilatelství, spol. s r. o. a v další části jsem vyhodnotila výsledky získané z marketingového průzkumu zaměřeného na spokojenost zákazníků společnosti. Na závěr navrhuji firmě doporučení, která by mohla zlepšit stávající postavení na trhu a efektivní využívání služeb.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s project was to conduct an analysis of marketing services in the field of transport in the company KD TRANSPORT, International Forwarding Business Limited and suggest some recommendations for improvement in the area of marketing services in the company in question. I divided this project into two sections, namely theoretical and practical. Literature referring to marketing of services in the area of transport and also the quality of provided services are treated in the Theoretical Part. In this part I also focused generally on the process of marketing research. An analysis of marketing services in the company KD TRANSPORT, International Forwarding Business Limited is treated in the Practical Part, in the next part I evaluated the results acquired from the marketing research focused on the satisfaction of the company´s customers. At the end I suggest some recommendations which could improve the current position of the company in the market and effecient use of services.
