Sharing Economy

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je analyzovat projekty sdílené ekonomiky ve světě z hlediska prin-cipů jejich fungování, uvést a prozkoumat ekonomické, finanční a daňové aspekty včetně možnosti získání dotace na jejich fungování. Dílčím cílem je prozkoumat pozi-tivní a negativní dopad projektů sdílené ekonomiky na konkrétní stát – Českou re-publiku. Tato práce bude rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola se zaměřuje na teoretická východiska a definice z oblasti sdílené ekonomiky. Ve druhé kapitole jsou představeny projekty sdílené ekonomiky včetně finančních předpokladů fungování těchto projektů. Ve třetí kapitole je analyzována možnost získání státní dotace na projekty sdílené ekonomiky. Poslední kapitola obsahuje dotazníkový průzkum o kladech a záporech projektů sdílené ekonomiky. Metody, které budou použity v práci, jsou především literární rešerše, dále metoda primárního výzkumu – dotaz-níkový průzkum provedený mezi dvěma různými cílovými skupinami – místními obyvateli a turisty. Je nutné přihlédnout nejen k názorů turistů, pro něž je vytváře-no mnoho produktů sdílené ekonomiky, ale i k názoru místních obyvatel, kteří mo-hou pociťovat negativní efekty sdílené ekonomiky. Dále bude použita metoda synté-zy a dedukce pro analýzu dosažených výsledků a pro vyvození relevantních závěrů.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to analyze the projects of a sharing economy in the world in terms of the principles of their operation, to state and examine the economic, financial and tax aspects, including the possibility of obtaining a subsidy for their operation. The partial goal is to examine the positive and negative impact of sharing economy projects on a specific country - the Czech Republic. This work will be divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical background and definitions of the sharing economy. The second chapter presents the projects of the sharing economy, including the financial preconditions for the operation of these projects. The third chapter analyzes the possibility of obtaining a state subsidy for sharing economy projects. The last chapter contains a questionnaire survey on the pros and cons of sharing economy projects. The methods that will be used in the work are mainly literature searches, then the method of primary research - a questionnaire survey conducted between two different target groups - locals and tourists. It is necessary to take into account not only the views of tourists, for whom many products of the sharing economy are created, but also the views of local people who may feel the negative effects of the sharing economy. Furthermore, the method of synthesis and deduction will be used to analyze the results obtained and to draw relevant conclusions.
