Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je zpracování problematiky dispozic s podnikem dle úpravy v obchodním zákoníku a ostatních relevantních předpisů. Samotná práce pojednává o prodeji, nájmu, vkladu a zastavení podniku. Hlavní linie se soustředí na analýzu právních předpisů, přičemž hlavním výstupem jsou vyvozené závěry založené na interpretaci zákonů. Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is a treatment of an enterprise according to the Commercial Code and other relevant laws. That includes the sale, lease, investment and pledge of the enterprise. The main line of this thesis is the analysis of legislation also with specific results based on interpretative method.
