Medical rehabilitation plan and process after intervertebral disc operation
Abstract:
The thesis deals with an intervertebral disc prolapse. It is divided into three parts. The general part comprises the anatomy and biomechanism of spinal column, the structure and function of intervertebral disc, pathogenesis and therapy of a disc hernation. Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá výhrezom medzistavcovej platničky. Je rozdelená do troch časti. Obecná časť sa skladá z anatómie a biomechaniky chrbtice, štruktúry a funkcie medzistavcovej platničky, patogenézie a terapie herniácie disku. Komplexnému rehabilitačnému plánu sa venuje špeciálna časť. V kazuistike je uvedený konkrétny pacient s výhrezom L5-S1.
