Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu faktorů, které ovlivňují rozhodování manažerů v podmínkách nejistoty a strachu. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of factors that influence man-agers' decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and fear. In the theoretical part, the author presents the existing knowledge about decision-making processes under uncertainty and fear, with an emphasis on corporate factors affecting managerial functions.
