Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými akciemi, jako zvláštním druhem akcií, které se od dalších druhů akcií liší právy s nimi spojený-mi. Tento druh akcií je v práci vymezen jako účinný zaměstnanecký benefit. Je analyzována historická legislativní úprava tohoto druhu akcií, spolu s problematikou nabytí akcií od akciové společnosti. This Bachelor Thesis is focused on Employee Shares as a Special Class of Stocks that needs to be differentiated by associated rights from other classes of stocks. These are described as an effective Employee Benefit. The historic legislative regulation is analysed as well as acquisition of shares from the joint-stock company.
