Práce se zabývá metodikou zjišťování obsahu chlorofylu v semenech dřevin a testováním vlivu chlorofylu na klíčivost semen. Bylo hodnoceno osivo šesti druhů dřevin (třešeň ptačí, douglaska tisolistá, borovice lesní, jedle bělokorá, olše lepkavá a lípa srdčitá). Abstract:
The thesis deals with the methodology of determining the chlorophyll content in seeds of woody plants and testing the effect of chlorophyll on seed germination. Seeds of six species of woody plants (bird cherry, Douglas fir, Scots pine, white fir, sticky alder and heart lime) were evaluated.
