Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na porovnání investice do nemovitostí s investováním prostřednictvím běžně dostupných finančních produktů. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení dostupných finančních produktů a trhu s nemovitostmi. Ve druhé části se již práce zaměřuje na vybrané produkty a nemovitosti. The diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of investments in real estate through commonly available financial products.
