Peptidové senzory zakřivení jsou speciální peptidy schopné přednostně se vázat na membrány specifického zakřivení. Mechanismus a vlastnosti peptidu zodpovědné za toto cítění nejsou známy. Tato práce si klade za cíl studovat vliv různých vlastností peptidů na jejich preferenci zakřivení a porovnat schopnost vyvolat zakřivení s jejich preferovaným zakřivením. The curvature sensing peptides are specific peptides with ability to preferentially bind to the membranes of certain curvature. The underlying mechanism and peptide properties responsible for the sensing are unknown.
