Diplomová práce se zabývá faktory, které mají vliv na výběr učebního, nebo studijního oboru v gastronomických školách. Cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat jednotlivé faktory, které mají vliv na výběr povolání v gastronomických oborech. Z těchto faktorů budou stanoveny a zodpově-zeny výzkumné otázky. The thesis deals with the factors that influence the choice of teaching or study field in gastronomy schools. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the different factors that influence the choice of a career in gastronomy. From these factors, research questions were identified and answered.
