Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na aktuální společenský problém, jakým je trestná činnost páchaná na seniorech a hlavně na předcházení této činnosti. Zabývá se především podvodným jednáním v bydlišti seniora. Pozornost je věnována úspěšné eliminaci této kriminality. Snaží se zmapovat podvědomí o prevenci této kriminality, jaká je její dostupnost a které formy se dostanou nejčastěji k ohrožené skupině. This bachelor?s thesis focuses on current social problems such as crime committed against seniors, and its prevention. It mainly deals with crimes in senior residences. Attention is paid to the successful elimination of the crime, mapping the awareness seniors of the crime prevention and its availability for the most vulnerable group.
