Supervision of a public prosecutor in criminal procedure
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá dozorem státního zástupce v trestním ízení a dohledem nad postupem státního zástupce v trestní oblasti. Draz klade na možnost použití jednotlivých dozorových oprávnní v rzných fázích a formách pípravného ízení, a to i ve vztahu zákonu o soudnictví ve vcech mládeže.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to describe supervision of a public prosecutor in various types and forms of the preparatory proceedings. Supervision of the public prosecutor focuses on protection of the Public interest; its a legal guarantee of legality of the preparatory proceedings.
