Predmetom tejto práce je problematika monitorovania prenášaných dát, blokovania prenosu a filtrovanie dát prenášaných prostredníctvom Internetu. Práca tieto fenomény, ktoré aj napriek svojej nespornej existencii často nie sú všeobecne známe, približuje čitateľovi z hľadiska právneho, technického a socio-kultúrneho. Abstract:
This thesis deals with data monitoring, access blocking and filtration of data in the Internet. Thesis elaborates aforementioned phenomenons, studying them from viewpoint of technology, law, and social-cultural impact. Emphasis is given onto analyzing and comparing factual aspects as well as law regulation of these areas in different countries, as well as possible development.
