Human Capital and a role of education on the labour market in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce podává obecné i konkrétní informace o lidském kapitálu a roli vzdělání na trhu práce v ČR. Práce je zaměřena na absolventy ekonomických oborů podle jejich dosažené úrovně vzdělání a jejich následného uplatnění. V neposlední řadě nám podává infomace o vlastnostech a dovednostech, kterými by měli absolventi škol v Jihočeském kraji disponovat.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, there are general and concrete information about the human capital and a role of education in the labour market of the Czech Republic. This thesis is aimed at graduates economic sectors according to their level of education attained and their subsequent application.
