Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na spokojenost hospitalizovaných klientů lůžkových pracovišť ve Fakultní nemocnici Brno a Fakultní nemocnici U svaté Anny v Brně s komunikačními dovednostmi všeobecných sester.
