Bakalářská práce analyzuje trestný čin mučení a jiného nelidského a krutého zacházení z hlediska ústavněprávního a trestněprávního. V práci jsou zmíněny mezinárodní úmluvy o lidských právech, kterými je ČR vázána a rozebrána legislativa ČR v souvislosti s lidskoprávní ochranou. The bachelor thesis analyzes the crime of torture and other inhuman and cruel treatment in terms of constitutional and criminal law. The thesis mentions international conventions on human rights, by which the Czech Republic is bounded and analyzes the legislation of the Czech Republic in connection with human rights protection.
