Abstract:
Předmětem mé práce je provedení výzkumu mezi pracovníky a klienty domova seniorů. Zajímá mě péče o klienty domova z hlediska přístupu pracovníků. Jaké formy péče se od pracovníků formálně očekávají a vyžadují? Jak v porovnání s těmito očekáváními vypadá reálná péče o klienty a jaký je v ní podíl tzv. "emoční práce"? Dále budu zkoumat hranice ne/formality v péči o seniory a genderové aspekty této péče …more

The object of my thesis is a research among employees and clients of nursing home. I am interested in the care for clients from employees' point of view. Which forms of care are formally anticipated and required? How does the reality look like compared to expectations and what is the share of so-called "emotional work"?
