Business Plan for Founding a Bridal Salon and Rental of the formal dresses in the Ústí Region

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje rodinnému podnikání, významu plánování a sestavení konkrétního podnikatelského plánu na založení malé rodinné firmy - svatebního salonu a půjčovny společenských šatů v Ústeckém kraji. Podnikatelský plán a jeho jednotlivé kroky jsou vypracovány na základě teoretických poznatků, kterým je věnována první část bakalářské práce. V rámci zpracování podnikatelského plánu byly použity tyto nástroje: PEST analýza, SWOT analýza, Porterova analýza pěti sil a marketingový mix, pomocí kterých byla vyhodnocena reálnost, rizikovost a efektivnost záměru, což je základní cíl této práce.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with family business, the meaning of a planing and compilation of a concrete business plan to establish small family business - the bridal salon and the rental of evening dresses in the Ústí region. The Business plan and its own steps is made on the basis of theoretical knowledges. The first part of the thesis deals with these theoretical knowledges. Within the process of the compiling the business plan were used following things: PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and marketing mix. Using these things was evaluated reality, risk and efficiency of the intention which is the basic aim of this thesis.
