Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aktuální problematiku evidencí skutečných majitelů, zejména ve vztahu ke svěřenským fondům. Téma je uchopeno v širších souvislostech kolize práva na soukromí a veřejného zájmu na transparentnosti. The thesis focuses on current issue of registers of ultimate beneficial owners, especially in connection with trusts. The topic is dealt with in a wider context of collision of the right to privacy and public interest in transparency.
