Birth injuries from the point of view of a midwife and mother

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porodní poranění z pohledu porodní asistentky a rodičky. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá porodním poraněním, anatomií porodních cest, prevencí a druhy porodních poranění. Součástí práce je i ošetřovatelská péče o porodní poranění. Druhá část je zaměřena na samotný průzkum. Praktická část práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kdy první část je věnována porodním asistentkám a druhá se zabývá rodičkami. V části, která je věnována rodičkám je mým hlavním cílem zjistit, jaká je informovanost žen v dané problematice a jaká jsou nejčastější porodní poranění. Dále je mým cílem zjistit, zda má prevence kladný vliv na vznik porodního poranění. Druhá část je věnována porodním asistentkám, která má za hlavní cíl zjistit informovanost a přístup porodních asistentek k možnostem přípravy hráze k porodu. Zjistit přístup porodních asistentek k vedení druhé doby porodní ve vztahu k porodnímu poranění. Průzkum byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření online formou.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis focuses on birth injuries from the perspective of a midwife and expectant mother. The thesis consists of two parts. First, the theoretical part presents birth injuries, anatomy of birth canals, prevention and types of birth injuries. This part also includes area of nursing care for birth injuries. The second, practical part focuses on the research itself. This part is divided into two subparts, the first deals with midwives and the second with expectant mothers. My main goal in practical part focused on expectant mothers is to find out what is the awareness of the women in the issue and what are the most common birth injuries. Furthermore, my goal is to find out if prevention has a positive effect on the occurrence of birth injuries. The main goals in part focused on midwifes are to find out the know-how and approach of midwives to the possiblities of preparing the dam for childbirth and to find out the approach of midwives to the managament of the second period of labor in relation to birth injuries. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire survey online.
