Tématem této diplomové práce je odpovědnost právnických osob za přestupek. Jedná se o aktuální téma, protože 1. července 2017 vstoupil v účinnost nový zákon č. 250/2016 Sb., o odpovědnosti za přestupky a řízení o nich, který s sebou přinesl řadu změn i v oblasti správněprávní odpovědnosti právnických osob. Abstract:
The basic matter of this thesis adresses liability of legal entities for offense. It concerns a very topical subject, because of on the 1st of July 2017 a new Act No. 250/2016 Coll had been incorporated to the Czech body of law- on the Criminal Liability and proceedings against them.
