Tato diplomová práce se zabývá marketingem v souvislosti s trendem automatizace služeb v letecké dopravě. This thesis deals with marketing in connection with the trend of automation in air traffic. The work is focused on automation services at Prague Ruzyně Airport; particularly on the passenger’s self check-in by using self check-in CUSS S3 kiosks. This is a newly established service.
