Abstract:

Annotation Daniel Labanic, Income tax of individuals in a single of entity accounts, Bachelor work, Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, Katedra bankovníctva a poistovníctva, PhDr. Agneša Víghová, Banská Bystrica, apríl 2011, Number of pages: 54 The aim of my bachelor thesis is to clarify the issue of income tax of individuals maintaining accounts in a simple accounting. Taxes play an irreplaceable role in the social sector in an increasing of a living standard of a population. The tax system belongs to the important rules of business; to considerable extent taxes influence the choice of methods and forms of business. All taxes are collected within the prescribed period and subjected to the tax law, constitute the tax system. This thesis describes the development and the history of taxes and analyzes current legislative fiscal conditions. Further it discusses the development of income tax of individuals in the Slovak Republic. Since the inception the tax is considered as involuntary payment, and taxpayers are trying to avoid the paying it. This issue is being discussed in the last part of the work. Anotácia Daniel Labanic, Dan z príjmov fyzických osôb v úctovnej jednotke úctujúcej v sústave jednoduchého úctovníctva, Bakalárska práca, Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, Katedra bankovníctva a poistovníctva, PhDr. Agneša Víghová, Banská Bystrica, apríl 2011, Pocet strán: 54 Cielom bakalárskej práce je objasnenie problematiky dane z príjmov fyzických osôb úctujúcich v jednoduchom úctovníctve. Dane majú nezastupitelnú úlohu v sociálnej oblasti pri zvyšovaní životnej úrovne obyvatelstva. Danový systém patrí k dôležitým pravidlám podnikania, dane v nemalej miere ovplyvnujú volbu metód a foriem podnikania. Všetky dane sú vyberané v stanovených lehotách a podliehajú danovým zákonom, t.j. tvoria danovú sústavu. Táto bakalárska práca opisuje vývoj a históriu daní a analyzuje aktuálne legislatívne danové podmienky. Dalej pojednáva o vývoji dane z príjmu fyzických osôb v Slovenskej republike. Dan sa už od jej vzniku považuje za nedobrovolnú platbu a platitelia dane sa jej plateniu snažia vyhnút. Danej problematike sa venujeme v poslednej casti práce.
