Nebezpečí vzniku škody způsobené zaměstnancem zaměstnavateli

Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá otázkami spojenými s nebezpečím vzniku škody způsobené zaměstnavateli ze strany zaměstnance. Může sloužit pro zaměstnance a začínající podnikatele proto, aby poznali a pochopili teorii odpovědnosti za škody způsobené zaměstnanci vůči majetku zaměstnavatele a na základě těchto znalostí učinili preventivní opatření proti vzniku majetkové újmy.
Abstract:
This work deals with the issues connected with the risk of emerge of the damage caused to the employer by the employee. It could serve to the employees or starting entrepreneurs to recognize and understand the theory of the liability for damages caused by employee on the property of the employer. Based on this knowledge, employers are able to do some preventive measures against the risk of damage.
