Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza souborů pacientů s diagnózou akutní myeloidní leukémie M6 a myelodysplastického syndromu za účelem snahy o vymezení slabých míst klasifikačních kritérií akutní myeloidní leukémie AML M6 podle WHO klasifikace 2001. Analyzována jsou kritéria morfologická prostřednictvím hodnocení nátěrů kostních dření.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is the analysis of group of patients with diagnose of acute myeloid leukaemia and myelodysplastic syndrome in order to attempt to define AML M6 WHO classification 2001 weak points. There are analyzed morphological criteria via the evaluation of the bone marrow smears.
