Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení vhodnosti záměru na založení rybí restaurace ve městě Vodňany. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate a sustainability of a business plan to set up a fish restaurant in the town Vodňany. Besides a basic summary of terms connected with the issues that are stated in the theoretical part, I have attached the basic information about the town and its fishing history, moreover I discussed a topic related to the tourism in this locality.
