Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou realitního trhu. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, jaká bude nabídka a poptávka po nemovitostech a jak se bude vyvíjet cena ve mnou vybraném městě a zhodnotit situaci realitního trhu v tomto městě na základě získaných výsledků. The Bachelor thesis deals with the analasis of real-estate market. The main goal of my thesis is to find out, what the offer and demand of the real property will be and how will develope the prices in my chosen town and to evaluate the situation of real-estate market in this town on the base of the chosen result.
