Předmětem bakalářské práce „Podmínky omluvy v krizové komunikaci podniku“ je analýza apologií v rámci krizové komunikace podniku. Společnosti, kterých tato práce týká, jsou Boeing a Disney. V první části jsou představeny aspekty podnikové krize a kritéria, prostřednictvím kterých jsou jednotlivé omluvy hodnoceny. The goal of the submitted thesis „Apology conditions in a crisis communication of a company is to analyse apologia within corporate crisis communication. Companies surveyed will be The Boeing Company and The Walt Disney Company. The first part introduces the aspects of a corporate crisis and the criteria which will be used for surveying the apologia.
