Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dostupnosti bydlení v České republice a zahraničních zemích. Cílem práce je nalezení vhodného modelu řešení nedostupného bydlení v zahraničních zemích a jeho následná úprava a aplikace pro Českou republiku. This bachelor's thesis addresses the analysis of housing affordability both within and outside the Czech Republic. The objective of the thesis is to find a suitable model to solve unaffordable housing in foreign countries and its subsequent adjustment and application to the Czech Republic.
