Předkládaná diplomová práce podrobně analyzuje proces přihlašování pohledávek v insolvenčním řízení a to od samotného podání přihlášky až po závěrečné zjištění či popření na přezkumném jednání. The presented diploma thesis examines the process of filing proof of claim in insolvency proceeding in the Czech Republic.
