Analysis and Risk Prevention in Insolvency Process

Abstract:

Předložená práce se zaměřuje na aktuální souvislosti insolvenčního řízení a na jeho jednotlivé fáze u nepodnikajících fyzických osob. Cíl práce byl stanoven jako důkladné zmapování insolvenčního řízení z pohledu fyzické osoby a analýza rizik, která jsou s tímto procesem pro fyzickou osobu spojena. K jeho naplnění byly vybrány polostrukturované rozhovory jako hlavní technika sběru dat a SWOT analýza jako metoda identifikace a hodnocení rizik. V závěrečné části práce byl použit rovněž Check list, který plnil úlohu nástroje prevence rizik.

Abstract:

The submitted paper is focused on the current aspects of insolvency process and its individual phases in case of natural person. The aim of the thesis is to examine the insolvency process from the perspective of a natural person and to analyse the risks associated with this process. To achieve this goal, semi-structured interviews were chosen as the main technique of data gathering and SWOT analysis as a method of risk identification and assessment. In the final part of the thesis, a Check-list was used as a risk prevention tool.
