Abstract:
Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá stěžejními otázkami právní teorie i praxe, a to otázkami realizace práva a zejména aplikací práva. Cílem práce je snaha o postižení aplikačního procesu v reálné rovině, pokud možno logicky, v určitých souvislostech a podobě odpovídající současným poznatkům obecné teorie. This rigorous thesis deals with fundamental issues of law theory and practice. These are namely the issues of law implementation and mainly law application.
