Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo sledování projevů fenotypové plasticity zelené řasy Desmodesmus armatus způsobené přítomností těžkého kovu v prostředí a kultivací za snížené teploty. Použitým těžkým kovem bylo olovo. V průběhu kultivace byly měřeny rozměry buněk i celých cenobií, délka a rozpětí ostnů. Veškerá získaná data byla statisticky vyhodnocena a zpracována. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to observe the phenotypic plasticity of the green alga Desmosmodesmus armatus caused by the presence of heavy metal in the cultivation medium and by cultivation at reduced temperature.
