Export Strategy as an Instrument of Corporate Competitiveness

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí analýzy zhodnotit exportní strategie společnosti JABLOTRON ALARMS a.s. se sídlem v Jablonci nad Nisou. V první části je nejdříve popsána teorie mezinárodního obchodu, dále vymezeny formy vstupu na zahraniční trhy a rizika mezinárodního obchodu související se vstupem na tyto trhy. Součástí je i popis obchodní politiky a jejích nástrojů. V další části je představena společnost, včetně její historie a výrobků. Po představení společnosti následuje popis její exportní strategie a analýza vybraných trhů. Nakonec jsou jednotlivé strategie zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and evaluation of the export strategy of the company JABLOTRON ALARMS, with residency in Jablonec nad Nisou. In the first part, the theory of international trade is described along with the means of entering international markets and the risks accompanying the entrance. This part also includes a description of the trade policy and its instruments. The following part introduces the company, including its history and products. After the introduction, the strategy of export and an analysis of selected markets follow. In the end, markets are individually evaluated.
