Vývoj listů zahrnuje po sobě následující fáze buněčné proliferace a buněčné expanze. Během fáze proliferace se chloroplasty extensivně dělí a po přechodu od buněčné proliferace k expanzi diferencují na fotosynteticky aktivní chloroplasty. Nadměrná exprese genu pro GROWTH REGULATING FACTOR5 (35S:GRF5) stimuluje buněčné dělení i dělení chloroplastů, což vede ke zvětšení plochy listu se zvýšeným počtem …moreAbstract:
Leaf development relies on subsequent phases of cell proliferation and cell expansion. During the proliferation phase, chloroplasts need to divide extensively and differentiate into photosynthetically active chloroplasts after the transition from cell proliferation to expansion.
