Témou tejto bakalárskej práce je pracovnoprávny inštitút skončenie pracovného pomeru. Zameriame sa na pracovný pomer ako na pracovnoprávny vzťah a na práva a povinnosti účastníkov tohto vzťahu. Práca ďalej rozoberá jednotlivé spôsoby skončenia pracovného pomeru a nároky, ktoré z toho vyplývajú.
