Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem důvěry v právo, přičemž konkrét-ně zkoumá její aspekty v nájemních vztazích. Stěžejní otázkou této prá-ce je, zda právní úprava nájmu bytu naplňuje požadavky důvěry v právo. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of trust in law, specifically examining its aspects in lease relations.
