Práce je souhrnem základních právních předpisů platných v České republice, které se týkají stromů. Vyzdvihuje některé problémy a nejasnosti, které mohou vznikat v praxi. Celá práce je členěna do pěti základních kapitol. První tři kapitoly se věnují oblasti veřejného práva se zaměřením na kácení stromů, památné stromy a obecnou ochranu rostli. This thesis summarizes the basic legal regulations on trees effective in the Czech republic and deals with some extent of difficulties or ambiguities which may arise in the practise of law. It has five general sections. The first three of them deal with public law in regard to felling trees, memorable trees and basic protection of plants.
