Case Management and Business Process Driven Management

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vysvětlením case managementu a jeho souvislostmi s principy procesní-ho řízení a systémem řízení workflow, a jeho využití pro konkrétní oblast, tedy zpracování incidentu porušení ochrany osobních údajů a notifikační povinnosti vyplývající z Obecného nařízení na ochranu osobních údajů (GDPR). V první části práce jsou definovány důležité pojmy a vztahy mezi nimi, následuje obecný popis case managementu a jeho technologická podpora společností IBM. Dále je vysvětlen nový standard pro modelování a popis řešení postaveném na case managementu (Case Management Model and Notation, CMMN). Poslední částí je případová studie, ve které je uveden úvod do GDPR problematiky, průběh případové studie a popis navrženého řešení, které v rámci zpracování případové studie vzniklo. Z navrženého řešení se stal přenositelný prototyp a referenční model pro řešení agendy ohlašovací povinnosti GDPR.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the explanation of the Case Management and its connection with the principles of Business Process Driven Management and Workflow Management System and its use in a particular area, the processing of a personal data breach incident and the notification obligation resulting from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The first part of the thesis defines important terms and relations between them, followed by a general description of Case Management and its technological coverage by IBM. Furthermore, a new standard for modeling and description of the solution based on case management principles, Case Management Model and Notation (CMMN), is explained. The last part is a case study, which introduces the GDPR problematics, the course of the case study and a description of the proposed solution, which was developed during the case study. The proposed solution has become a portable prototype and reference model for addressing the GDPR reporting agenda.
