Abstract:

Baťka, M. Dopady sociálních reforem na demografickou strukturu země. Diplo-mová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita, 2024. Diplomová práce se věnuje dopadům sociálních reforem na demografickou strukturu země. Skládá se z literární rešerše zaměřenou na studie věnující se této problematice demografické struktury obyvatelstva a dopadům jejích změn, V rámci vlastní práce byla provedena regresní analýza dat pro ověření významnosti vlivů na porodnost. Dále kvantitativní šetření ve formě dotazníkového šetření. Výstupy analýzy dat i šetření byly vhodně zpracovány za pomoci ekonometrických modelů a statistických metod. Na základě těchto výstupů byly vyhodnoceny možné dopady nepříznivého demografického vývoje na ekonomiku České republiky.

The diploma thesis deals with the impacts of social reforms on the demographic structure of the country. It consists of a literature search focusing on studies dealing with this problem of the demographic structure of the population and the impact of its changes, Within the framework of the thesis itself, a regression analysis of data was performed to verify the significance of the effects on fertility. Furthermore, a quantitative survey in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the data analysis and the survey were suitably processed using econometric models and statistical methods. Based on these outputs, the possible impacts of adverse demographic developments on the economy of the Czech Republic were evaluated.
