Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zistiť systém a princíp odmeňovania v pracovnom práve. V prvej kapitole sa zameriavame na teoretické vymedzenie pojmov, ktoré súvisia s odmeňovaním v pracovnom práve. Podrobnejšie sme vysvetlili pojmy ako systém, funkcie a zložky odmeňovania, faktory pôsobiace na odmeňovanie. V druhej kapitole sme hlbšie nahliadli do analýzy odmeňovania v pracovnom práve.
