Optimization of information systems management in selected organization
Abstract:
Diplomová práce řeší optimalizaci informačních systémů. Analyzuje vybranou společnost zabývající se výrobou strojních zařízení. Mapuje procesy v rámci této společnosti. Hledá slabá místa a navrhuje jejich možnosti optimalizace. K tomu využívá i konkrétní případovou studii průchodu zakázky touto společností.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the optimization of information systems. Analyzes a selected machinery manufacturing company. It maps the processes within this company. It looks for weak points and suggests ways to optimize them. For this, he also uses a specific case study of the passage of the order by this company.
